Good Finds PK is an online store based in Karachi, Pakistan. We sell imported gadgets for home, beauty, wellness and DIY and deliver them across Pakistan with Cash on Delivery.

2. Products

We show each product as accurately as we can through photos, videos and descriptions. Colours and packaging can look slightly different on your screen. Our products are general-use consumer products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please read the instructions in the box before use and follow them.

3. Prices and Offers

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The price shown at checkout is the price you pay – there are no hidden charges, and delivery is free.
  • Where a product shows a higher price crossed out, it is the regular price before the current offer.
  • Prices and offers can change without notice. Once your order is confirmed, its price does not change.

4. Orders and Payment

  • Please check your name, phone number and address before placing an order.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery only. You pay the rider when your parcel arrives.
  • Our team calls you to confirm your order before dispatch. We may cancel an order if the details look incorrect, the phone number cannot be reached, the product is out of stock, or a price was shown in error.

5. Delivery

Delivery is free across Pakistan and usually takes 3–5 working days after confirmation. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Exchanges and Refunds

Damaged, faulty or wrong items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Full details are in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

7. Reviews

Customer reviews show the personal opinion and experience of the reviewer. Results and experiences can vary from person to person. Reviews written on the website are checked before they are published.

8. Your Responsibilities

  • Use the website honestly and only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not place fake orders or give false details.
  • Keep your account password safe.

9. Our Content

The text, photos, videos and design of this website belong to Good Finds PK or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that item. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by a late or failed delivery.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Karachi.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version.
